1) New lighting at the entranceways was installed to replace broken lights that needed constant repair. The new lights have electrical outlets on each light to supply power for tools and equipment.
2) “No Soliciting” signs were attached to each entranceway’s sign. They appear to be effective in deterring unlawful solicitors. Any resident can report violators to the Sheriff’s Office.
3) The retention pond, located in the rear of OGP, was cleaned of weeds and hauled away by Bob, who assumed all costs.
4) The Board has contracted with an aquatic-management firm to have all three ponds scheduled for weed spraying.
5) The fences surrounding all three retention ponds have been repaired. Fence poles, top rails and fencing were replaced as needed. One gate was replaced.
6) The rear pond’s sidewalk and fence had fill dirt added due to washouts underneath these structures.
7) Both front entrances were decorated for the Holidays by Board Members Carol, Dorothy, and Bob.
8) A new website (www.ogphoa.blogspot.com) was designed and is being maintained, at no cost to the HOA, by Wolfy King Productions, whose home-office has been in OGP since 1984. Our site has proven to be successful in informing residents, visitors, and Realtors about OGP and Board announcements. The Board wishes to thank WKP for donating this service. We hope that you will visit our website and subscribe to its updates. Visitors to the site are invited to reply to any post and may remain anonymous.

A lot of trash is being thrown
into our retention ponds. Removing it costs
the HOA. If you observe anyone littering
our ponds, please report them immediately to the Sheriff’s Office. Be advised that these ponds are patrolled by
Neighborhood Watch members.
